A leading housing association require a Building Inspector with a minimum of 3 years experience with skills listed below. The role offers access to a company vehicle and offers hybrid working.

As a Building Inspector, you will conduct in depth technical building inspections including pre/post inspections and stock condition surveys. You will use your diagnostic skills to propose solutions to effectively deal with defects (in the context of repairs and maintenance). You will develop detailed specifications of work based on inspection findings and raise works orders. You will also provide technical support for all reactive repairs, maintenance, disrepair, complaints, HHSRS and stock improvement works.

**Skills**:HNC qualified within a construction related discipline, with 3 years PQE, or demonstrable experience.

Experience of defect diagnosis within domestic buildings.

Knowledge of environmental and property legislation, with a focus on housing.

Understanding of relevant Statutory Regulations relating to Housing providers; including, but not limited to: Asbestos awareness, Building Regulations, Gas and Electrical safety, CDM.

Pay: £350,000.00-£390,000.00 per year
