Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Building Careers UK. As a leading Construction and Property recruitment agency, we specialize in placing talented professionals in top industry roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage CVR reports and forecasts to ensure accurate cost control.
* Identify opportunities to improve margins and optimize project profitability.
* Measure, price, and evaluate tenders to secure the best deals for our clients.
* Administer and manage sub-contractor accounts to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely payments.
* Supervise other surveyors on commercial matters, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Proficiency in relevant software and systems, including CVR and tender management tools.
