Hunter AHP is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their Discharge to Assess team in Bedford. This is a Band 6 role that involves assessing patients' needs to facilitate their discharge within 28 days.
The successful candidate will work closely with the wider Discharge to Assess team to plan and facilitate discharging of patients. This will include equipment provision and access visits. The role is available for 3-5 days per week and the contract is for a minimum of 3 months.
