About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Cost Estimator to become part of our Commercial team in Byfleet. You will oversee the financial aspects of contracts, collaborating closely with both internal and external partners. This position necessitates a background in Construction along with experience in residential projects.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess experience as a Cost Estimator, hold relevant qualifications, and be adept at working autonomously. Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in estimation techniques are essential.
