We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our Global Customer Care Centre in Letchworth Garden City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and log all visitors to our head office from Altro's front desk
  • Provide a wide range of high-quality services to internal and external customers
  • Perform general reception and telephone duties
  • Provide full back-office mail, telephony, and administrative support
  • Prepare and deliver standard and bespoke reports for the management team
