Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Grupo Tradebe. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive and customer-focused services to our employees and managers across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clear policy advice and guidance to managers on employee relations, disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management.
  • Support managers in all employee relations activities, including disciplinary, grievance, appeals, performance management, paternity/maternity queries, flexible working requests, and absence management.
  • Act as a point of contact for manager queries and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Report current and topical people metrics, such as retention rates, recruitment, exit interviews, highlighting trends and themes as appropriate.
  • Support and advise on contractual and company correspondence, including policy updates and template reviews.
  • Provide support, advice, guidance, and training to managers on HR-related matters.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the Global People & Culture Strategy and support the P&C team in achieving its objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 and/or HR qualification equivalent or the right level of experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to forge strong working relationships with stakeholders of all levels across multiple sites and have a high level of patience and understanding.
  • Able to work autonomously but also as part of a team.
  • High level of IT confidence, including intermediate Excel skills.
  • Pro-active approach to problem-solving.
  • Full clean driving license and the ability to travel nationwide on a regular basis.
