About Our Service

We provide intensive support to families in need, addressing a range of complex issues including substance abuse and family dynamics. Our team works closely with families in their homes, community settings, and our dedicated base to provide practical assistance and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments to identify support needs and develop personalized plans
  • Work directly with children and families to provide emotional support, practical help, and life skills training
  • Liaise with partner agencies, schools, and nurseries to ensure comprehensive support
  • Participate in group work sessions and lead meetings as required
  • Attend children's hearings, school meetings, and health appointments as necessary
Requirements
  • Sound knowledge of child development and parenting skills
  • Ability to work with parents individually or in groups to develop their parenting skills and confidence
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, with potential for flexible scheduling
  • Current driving license (or alternative transport arrangements)
