About the Role:
We are looking for an individual who can work collaboratively with our team to provide bespoke care packages for care experienced children and young people with additional needs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of trauma-informed approaches and be able to work with families to develop individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Highland Council to identify the needs of care experienced children and young people
- Develop and implement bespoke care packages using a right-based approach
- Collaborate with the wider partnership to ensure that educational and health needs are met
- Provide support and activities to enrich the lives of children and young people
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience working with vulnerable children and young people
- Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches and care packages
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and the wider partnership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
