Job Description

Role: Starbucks Store Manager

Hours: Full-Time / Permanent

Salary: £29,500 (Depending on experience)

Bonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive

As a Store Manager at EG On the Move, you will be empowered to treat the store as if it is your own business.

You'll champion our mission and values to create our Starbucks experience for our customers and partners.

You'll understand your market, getting to know the competition and can identify opportunities to drive store profitability and your business forward.

You'll be an ambassador for our partner networks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-year leadership experience in a management role, preferably in a retail and hospitality environment.
  • ~18 years or over due to late night working and closing of the store.
  • ~ Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
