About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Auctions Manager to join our client, a well-respected independent Estate Agency in the Norfolk area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing auctions, building relationships with agents, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Auction Management: Make appointments to meet new and existing agents, understand their needs, and provide in-depth product/service knowledge.
  • Business Development: Create new associations to work in partnership, identify and canvass sources of new auction listings, and monitor progress.
  • Client Relationships: Keep in contact with existing clients in person and by telephone, and attend conferences and expositions to build relationships and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report progress to the line manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in winning new business and a strong background in Property Auctions or Estate Agency.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the telephone.
  • Experience in dealing with inbound and outbound sales calls and the ability to self-generate new business.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizing and planning skills.
