Your Responsibilities

As a Merchandising Assistant within our Home & Furniture divisions, you will be instrumental in supporting the development of customer-oriented product assortments, particularly focusing on Brands & Collaborations, to meet sales, profit, margin, and inventory goals. Your ability to analyze trends will be crucial in ensuring our product offerings align with customer needs. In this capacity, you will assess weekly trading outcomes, pinpoint opportunities and challenges, and deliver insightful analyses. You will oversee the execution of essential merchandising actions and work collaboratively across various teams and departments. Additionally, you will manage order processes, uphold data accuracy, and ensure adherence to legal and sustainability standards. Your proactive and positive demeanor will help you forge strong relationships with stakeholders, contributing significantly to our team's success.

Who You Are

As a Merchandising Assistant in our team, you are a motivated and enthusiastic professional who flourishes in a dynamic retail setting. With prior experience in a Merchandising Assistant or Merchandise Administrator role, or as a graduate in a relevant field, you possess a solid grasp of allocation and inventory management. Your robust analytical and numerical capabilities, along with your proficiency in Excel, empower you to evaluate trading performance, forecast sales, and optimize stock availability to meet sales, profit, margin, and inventory targets. Your exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail ensure timely stock deliveries, effective order management, and high data integrity. Your proactive mindset, eagerness to learn new systems, and ability to cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders make you an invaluable member of our team as we strive to deliver outstanding customer-focused product assortments.
