Your Responsibilities

As a Merchandising Assistant, you will be instrumental in facilitating the delivery of customer-oriented product assortments to meet sales, profit, margin, and inventory goals. Your analytical skills will help you assess weekly trading performance, identify potential opportunities and challenges, and provide insightful analysis. You will oversee and manage category and SKU-level forecasts to optimize sales, stock levels, margins, and product availability. Working closely with the A&R replenishment assistant, you will strategize initial allocations and launch builds to achieve stock and availability targets. Your strong analytical and numerical capabilities, along with your proficiency in merchandising systems, will empower you to enhance efficiency and maximize product availability. Additionally, you will handle order management, maintain data accuracy, and ensure compliance with legal and sustainability standards. Your proactive and positive demeanor will foster relationships with stakeholders and contribute to our team's success.

Who You Are

As a Merchandising Assistant, you are a motivated and enthusiastic professional who thrives in a dynamic retail setting. With experience in a similar role or a relevant academic background, you possess a solid grasp of allocation and inventory management. Your analytical prowess and Excel proficiency enable you to evaluate trading performance, forecast sales, and optimize stock availability to meet sales, profit, margin, and inventory objectives. With exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, you ensure timely stock delivery, manage order processes, and uphold high data integrity standards. Your eagerness to learn new systems and ability to cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders make you an invaluable member of our team as we work towards delivering outstanding customer-focused product assortments.
