Your Responsibilities
  • Analyze weekly trading performance to identify potential issues and opportunities, preparing relevant insights as necessary.
  • Manage category/range and SKU-level forecasts to optimize sales, inventory levels, margin, and product availability.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to guarantee stock availability and address any supply gaps effectively.
  • Oversee the seamless execution of the booking process, managing exceptions across all channels.
  • Communicate promotional volumes accurately.
  • Facilitate the introduction of new products and vendor-specific promotions.
  • Ensure all promotional uplifts are accurately calculated and integrated into relevant forecasting systems and reports.
  • Guarantee timely arrival of stock to maximize business opportunities.
  • Support the Merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser in achieving merchandising milestones within the critical path, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Ensure timely stock delivery to the warehouse, aligning with agreed KPIs and timelines across all channels.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience in an Assistant Merchandiser or Merchandise Administration role, or a relevant degree.
  • Understanding of inventory allocation and management.
  • Proven experience in forecasting and updating a WSSI.
  • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and adaptability to new systems.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • A proactive self-starter eager to develop professionally.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
