HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Consortium Professional Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our national HR team, you will play a vital role in implementing our HR strategy and processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Relations: Provide support to managers with employee relations cases, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to resolving conflicts and issues.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to drive employee engagement throughout the business, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with managers to drive end-to-end recruitment processes, create and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires, and ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
- Performance Management: Follow up on and complete probation and performance reviews, providing coaching and guidance to managers to support employee development.
- Training and Development: Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- HR Process Improvement: Review and implement new HR procedures as needed, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Reporting and Analytics: Produce and report on monthly and end-of-year HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain effective relationships with union representatives and agency suppliers, ensuring a collaborative and mutually beneficial approach.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of HR-related tasks.
- A proven background in a similar Human Resource role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Capable of handling employee relations cases, with experience in dealing with Employment Unions.
- Exposure to working in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
- A minimum of CIPD level 5 or equivalent qualification in Human Resources.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement, with the ability to work autonomously and form strong working relationships.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel.
