Treasury Recruitment Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join HM Treasury's Government Economic and Social Research Unit (GESR) as a Recruitment Manager. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process for all centralised GES and GSR recruitment schemes. This includes planning and delivering timely and high-quality resources to fill upwards of 500 vacancies a year across 40 departments, agencies, and ALBs.
You will also be responsible for managing GESR recruitment systems, ensuring processes are working effectively for end-users, and providing support to the Head of GES Resourcing. Additionally, you will lead and maintain detailed recruitment project plans, monitor performance against critical metrics, and develop and mentor the team of two recruitment campaign managers and one recruitment business support.
This role would suit someone who feels enthusiastic about coordinating large-scale recruitment campaigns and has a passion for delivering real cross-Government change.
