Recruitment Campaign Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Campaign Manager to join our team at HM Treasury. As a key member of our Government Economic & Social Research Unit, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Recruitment and Recruitment Manager in planning and executing end-to-end recruitment processes for the centralised GES recruitment schemes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage allocated campaigns and handle all steps of the recruitment process, including communication with candidates, interaction with partners across the Civil Service, and actions on the digital applicant tracking system.
- Build positive relationships with recruitment partners and contribute to the continuous improvement of resourcing processes in line with employment legislation, Civil Service Recruitment Principles, and recruitment compliance reports.
- Contribute to recruitment campaign reporting, including information management, briefing, and analysis of diversity data as appropriate, to support the delivery of the GESR recruitment strategy.
We are looking for someone with experience of delivering a high standard of service within a volume recruitment environment. You will be skilled at proactive and thoughtful communication to a variety of colleagues and partners, as well as being capable of coordinating and managing your workload autonomously in a deadline-driven environment.
