Sales Enablement Lead

Civica UK Ltd is embarking on a transformative journey to build a best-in-class commercial organization, driving accelerated growth as the Global GovTech champion.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Enablement Business Partner to join our team. The Sales Enablement function, part of our global Marketing function, will partner with Executive Leadership and the broader GTM organization to redefine how we sell, drive execution excellence, and support our sales organization.
The Sales Enablement function will enable faster time to productivity, improve overall sales productivity, and ultimately drive the best outcomes and experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Executive and Sales Leadership to understand business needs, identify learning gaps, and deliver targeted programs to bridge the gaps.
- Create and lead enablement programs for the sales organization, in partnership with Executive and Sales Leaders, to support the achievement of cross-sell quotas and pipeline generation.
- Work in close partnership across the organization, especially with sales, product marketing, sales strategy, sales organization, and people organization, to create content and sales artifacts, training & development, and onboarding programs to drive sales success.
- Set and deliver a high-impact, scalable Sales Enablement Strategy for Civica UK Ltd to support the GTM transformation across all verticals.
- Develop learning pathways for the sales organization designed to improve sales, co-create the sales methodology, playbooks, and learning repository across: Do my Job, Product, and other selling skills.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Productivity, and Sales Management.
- Proven track record of delivering improved learning outcomes with large-scale and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking, clear vision for go-to-market enablement, combined with problem-solving ability.
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Compelling and engaging storytelling skills, including experience of public speaking.
- Data-driven decision making, comfortable in utilizing metrics and tools to inform decision making.
- Specific experience in the adoption and value realization of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Enablement platforms (preferred Seismic or HighSpot).
