We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Ellacombe, a 48-bed residential care home in Norwich. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling service users to make informed choices and maintain their independence.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, participating in wellbeing events and activities, and promoting a safe and engaging environment.
- Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
