About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and support to individuals in their daily lives
  • Assist with personal care and housekeeping tasks

  • Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members

Requirements

  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
  • Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support
