The Housing Options Service plays a crucial role in fulfilling Bradford Council's legal responsibilities towards individuals facing housing challenges. We seek proactive professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting, collaborating within a large team. This position involves engaging with at-risk individuals, working to avert homelessness, and facilitating sustainable long-term housing solutions.

Ideal candidates will possess substantial hands-on experience in a housing-related field, offering guidance on homelessness prevention, housing advice, and support services. While not mandatory, experience conducting homelessness assessments in accordance with relevant legislation and guidelines is beneficial.

A minimum educational qualification of NVQ Level 4 in a pertinent area such as Housing, Housing Advice, or Social Sciences is required, alongside extensive experience in a housing-related role providing essential advice and assistance in preventing homelessness.
