Investigation and Enforcement Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Investigation and Enforcement Advisor to join our team at the Regulator of Social Housing. As an Advisor, you will work closely with Senior Advisors to develop and implement strategies that drive positive change and resolve complex cases involving governance, financial viability, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Advisors to develop and implement strategies for driving positive change and resolving complex cases.
  • Conduct thorough and detailed analysis to develop and support proposals for interventions and, where appropriate, use of statutory enforcement powers.
  • Work as part of a team to support Senior Advisors and Assistant Directors in developing and implementing strategies.
