We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Winid Spain. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative and recruitment support to our HR Business Partner, ensuring compliance with UK Employment Law and supporting HR requirements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR Administration and its systems, ensuring effective reporting and archiving.
  • Compile requirements of all employees to ensure smooth running of processes and procedures.
  • Ensure Employment Compliance Legislation is adhered to, highlighting any actions or urgent HR processes to Managers.
  • Collate Sales and Commissions information to report to Commercial Director and HR Payroll Departments.
  • Implement processes and procedures to support our Beauty Consultants in all locations and across other business areas.
  • Assist in arranging conferences and HR-oriented meetings.
  • Follow procedures and processes to ensure a 360-degree view of the HR Department.
  • Administer and follow up on Recruitment & Leavers processes.
  • Ensure the HR team leads cross-functional support to the company with best-in-class practices.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Excellent and efficient administration skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Experience in Microsoft packages, particularly Word & Excel, with good numerical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, in a fast-paced and challenging environment, meeting deadlines.
  • Aptitude for flexibility and achieving high levels of workload.
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize workload.
  • Previous experience in an HR admin role or administrative role.
