Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Water Hygiene Services team at Kenneth Payne Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our legionella risk assessment services across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of legionella risk assessment services to clients across the UK.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our water hygiene services.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to our team of risk assessors, plumbers, and water technicians to ensure compliance with current HSE legislation and guidance.
- Oversee the production of schematics and quality checking of reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with our management team to implement and maintain company management systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the water hygiene industry.
- Strong management, leadership, and training skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of legionella risk assessments and HSE legislation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
