Your Role: Duty Manager
As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations at our leisure centre. You'll lead and motivate a team of staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive experience for all members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise staff effectively, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues efficiently.
- Contribute to membership growth by promoting our facilities and services to potential members.
- Ensure the smooth running of all centre operations, adhering to safety regulations and procedures.
About You:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with proven supervisory experience in a leisure facility. Excellent customer service skills, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential for success in this role.
First aid qualifications are desirable but not mandatory.
