About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lifeguard to join our team at Places Leisure. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our customers and staff while using our swimming and pool facilities. Your primary duties will include:
- Supervising customers and other lifeguards to maintain a safe environment.
- Acting safely and responsibly while overseeing the health and safety of all pool users.
- Ensuring excellent attention to detail to prevent accidents and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization within the pool area.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
