We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety professional to join our team as an HSS Trainer, delivering accredited NEBOSH & IOSH training to our national member portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver HSS learning solutions to a variety of clients.
- Training delivery up to 14 days per month.
- Maintain strong working relationships with accreditation bodies.
- Support the sales team in identifying new commercial opportunities.
- Maintain our portfolio of IOSH & NEBOSH courses.
- Gather and act on customer feedback to enable opportunities for improvement in current courses.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience of HSS training delivery.
- Tech IOSH – working towards Cert IOSH and later CMIOSH.
- Excellent understanding of the current and future market for HSS training and services.
- Able to travel across the Midlands.
