Role Overview

We are thrilled to announce an opening for an Aquatic Safety Officer at Places Leisure. In this dynamic role, you will engage in a lively atmosphere alongside enthusiastic colleagues. Your primary responsibility will be to motivate others to collaborate and perform at their best.

A National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is a prerequisite for this position.

Beginning your journey with us as an Aquatic Safety Officer opens doors to numerous career paths, including Operational Management, Sales, Fitness, or Customer Service.

In this role, we will provide continuous training and competency evaluations, along with opportunities for first aid training, swimming instructor certifications, and various apprenticeship options.

Candidate Profile

  • You possess an NPLQ qualification.
  • Your duties will include overseeing the safety of our patrons and fellow lifeguards in our aquatic facilities.
  • You will consistently prioritize safety while being accountable for the health and well-being of all pool users and managing the facility's operations.
  • Attention to detail is crucial, ensuring the safety of our guests as they enjoy our amenities.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential, along with a friendly and professional demeanor while striving to exceed expectations.
  • You will maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of responsibility.
