Bluebird Care Richmond & Twickenham is seeking an exceptional Care Manager to oversee and support our team of Care Assistants. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive exceptional care from our well-trained, competent, and compassionate team.

The Role

As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the creation and review of care plans to ensure our customers receive the highest quality service.
  • Supporting the growth of our business by bringing on new customers and developing domiciliary care visits and live-in care packages.
  • Supervising and guiding our Care Assistants to deliver a high standard of care to our customers, providing mentorship and guidance throughout their employment with us.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be passionate about providing exceptional home care and take pride in building relationships with Care Assistants to gain their commitment and reliability.
  • Have a professional qualification in care (minimum level 3 or equivalent).
  • Hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Have experience in care with a similar focused role.
