Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead our team at Derwent care home. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional person-centred care to our residents. You will have a proven track record of leadership and management, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient delivery of care services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services

Requirements

  • Qualification in leadership and management for adult care (Level 5 or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in care management, with a strong focus on quality and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
