Part-time Community Care Specialist

Job Summary
Home Instead is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Harold Wood. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, enabling them to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Personalised Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while respecting their personal preferences and maintaining their dignity.
- Companionship: Build strong relationships with clients, providing emotional support and companionship, and engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
- Household Assistance: Perform light household duties, including cleaning and laundry, to create a comfortable and safe living environment for clients.
- Meal Preparation: Assist clients with meal preparation, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
- Mobility Assistance: Support clients with mobility and physical exercises, promoting their physical health and well-being.
- Medication Management: Assist clients with medication management, ensuring they adhere to their prescribed medication regimes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client care activities, reporting any changes in their condition to the care team.
