Role Overview
The Security Culture Analyst plays a crucial role in promoting a security-conscious environment within our organization. You will assist in the creation and implementation of engagement strategies aimed at educating and empowering our staff, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance our security risk culture and mitigate potential threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate awareness and training initiatives.
- Champion the integration of a risk-aware and secure culture across the organization.
- Oversee compliance with third-party security audits, including PCI-DSS.
- Support and enhance internal and external activities such as social engineering, OSINT, and Rainbow Teaming.
- Assess and report on the effectiveness of the security awareness and training initiatives.
- Facilitate cultural benchmarks and manage outputs to achieve desired results, preparing briefings for senior management on findings and recommendations.
Candidate Profile
- Ability to understand the broader context of security within the organization and empathize with internal stakeholders facing security challenges.
- Dedicated to promoting security awareness and empowering colleagues to adopt secure practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- Innovative thinker capable of adapting to the rapidly changing landscape of cybersecurity.
- Proficient in working independently or collaboratively to meet common objectives, with strong skills in managing competing priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Interview Process
The selection process will consist of two stages: an initial conversation followed by a competency and behavioral-based interview, which will include a presentation task.
Work Schedule
This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer a hybrid working model that allows for flexibility in working from home while also engaging with the office environment.
