Role Overview

The Security Awareness Specialist plays a crucial role in cultivating a robust security-conscious environment within our organization. You will assist in crafting and implementing engagement strategies aimed at educating and empowering our workforce, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance our security culture and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and evaluate security awareness and training initiatives.
  • Promote the principles of a risk-aware and secure culture across the organization.
  • Oversee compliance with third-party security audits, including PCI-DSS.
  • Support and enhance internal and external initiatives such as social engineering, OSINT, and Rainbow Teaming.
  • Assess and report on the effectiveness of security awareness and training programs.
  • Facilitate cultural benchmarks and manage outputs to achieve desired results, preparing briefings for senior management on findings and recommendations.

  • Ability to understand the broader context of security within the organization and provide empathetic support to internal stakeholders facing security challenges.
  • Passionate about fostering security awareness and encouraging colleagues to adopt secure practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.

Interview Process

The selection process will consist of two stages: an introductory discussion followed by a competency-based interview that includes a presentation task.

Work Arrangement

This is a permanent, full-time position with a standard workweek. We offer a hybrid working model that allows for flexibility between remote work and office attendance.
