Job Summary:

This is a casual contract position, working days, nights, and weekends with opportunities for overtime at the rate of £12.10/hour.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.
  • Anticipate clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Be a visible and professional presence, engaging with visitors and maintaining a high level of security awareness.
  • Communicate visitor/client arrivals to the relevant person promptly.
  • Undertake patrols and inspections in accordance with management instructions.
  • Ensure all H&S policies are adhered to and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

  • Professional, highly driven, and flexible individual.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Immaculate presentation and clear, concise communication skills.
  • Computer literate and able to be vetted back 5 years or since leaving compulsory education.
  • Current SIA license.
