About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Database Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Redgate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coaching and developing our UK-based BDR team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead weekly team and individual catch-ups to drive performance and growth.
  • Oversee daily calling hours, tracking results, and incentivizing success.
  • Implement the overall BDR function strategy as outlined by the Global BDR Manager.
  • Escalate any issues to the BDR Manager and provide proactive gap analysis across the team.
  • Coach and develop a team of highly motivated sales reps to meet meeting and opportunity value metrics.
  • Execute on strategic functional plans in line with company objectives.
  • Design and lead weekly team coaching sessions.
  • Uncover new revenue opportunities.
  • Meet team quota across different fundamental elements - up sell, cross sell, and net new.
  • Assist in resource planning and hiring in accordance with sales growth.
  • Take ownership of the new starter onboarding process.

What's the Package?
  • Competitive salary range: £45,000 - £55,000 Basic + £20,000 Bonus, depending on experience.
