We are seeking an experienced Database Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Redgate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our BDR team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet team quota.
- Lead and coach a team of highly motivated sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide individual training and coaching for performance.
- Oversee daily calling hours, tracking results, and incentivizing success.
- Implement the overall BDR function strategy as outlined by the Global BDR Manager.
- Escalate any issues to the BDR Manager and provide proactive gap analysis across the team.
- Coach and develop a team of highly motivated sales reps to meet team quota across different fundamental elements - up sell, cross sell, and net new.
- Execute on strategic functional plans in line with company objectives.
- Design and lead weekly team coaching sessions.
- Uncover new revenue opportunities.
- World-class training and development in the areas of professional growth and product knowledge.
- Constant learning and knowledge sharing with some of the best complex selling professionals in the industry.
- A dynamic, fun, and challenging environment where you will have the opportunity to reach your full potential.
- A competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000 and a bonus of up to £20,000, depending on experience.
- Flexible working hours and a hybrid model that allows for a blend of remote and co-located work.
