Database Change Management Team Lead

As a key member of the Redgate team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our UK-based BDR team, enabling them to become more successful. You will fast become an expert in Redgate's portfolio of database change management and operations solutions, but bring with you the people management skill set that enables growth, productivity, and helps the BDR team surpass quota.

Responsibilities:

  • Hold weekly team and individual catch-ups.
  • Oversee daily 'calling hours' - tracking results and incentivising success.
  • Implement overall BDR function strategy as outlined by Global BDR Manager.
  • Escalate any issues to BDR Manager and proactively provide any gap analysis across the team.
  • Coach and develop a team of highly motivated sales reps to meetings held and opportunity value metrics.
  • Execute on strategic functional plans in line with company objectives.
  • Design and lead weekly team coaching sessions.
  • Uncover new revenue opportunities.
  • Meet team quota across different fundamental elements - up sell, cross sell, and net new.
  • Assist in resource planning and hiring in accordance with sales growth.
  • Take ownership of new starter onboarding process.

What's the package?

  • £45,000 - £55,000 basic + £20,000 bonus, depending on experience.
