The Database Manager will oversee the management, operational needs, and continued development of a CRM database, which currently holds c.10,000 records. This role is responsible for gift administration and data compliance, serving as the first point of contact for enquiries between the Development and Alumni Relation Office (DARO) and the Finance teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and implement financial procedures for the timely stewardship of donations and funds.
- Develop strategies for the maintenance and development of the CRM system.
- Ensure data compliance and governance.
**Requirements**
- Experience with Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge (RE) NXT or comparable CRM systems.
