Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Leisure Professional to enhance our Leisure team at Mosaic Spa & Health Clubs.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the health club, including opening and closing procedures;
- Handle reception duties, including membership inquiries and cash management;
- Welcome and engage with members and guests;
- Support the Club Manager in achieving sales and retention goals;
- Develop and review fitness programs;
- Perform lifeguarding duties;
- Motivate and organize the staff team during shifts;
- Ensure cleanliness standards are upheld throughout the leisure facility;
- Conduct pool and spa water testing, managing chemical adjustments as necessary;
- Oversee pool plant maintenance;
- Foster a friendly, enjoyable, and safe environment for all.

Essential Skills and Qualities:

- Competent swimming skills

Qualifications:
While current Pool Lifeguard, First Aid, and Pool Plant certifications are advantageous, full training and support will be provided to the right candidate.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position (32/40 hours per week) with a flexible schedule across a 7-day shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.
