Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing incoming calls, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage and update our HR database, ensuring all employee information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Set up electronic files for new employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
- Collate and process monthly payroll data, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HR/MIS systems and accurate data entry skills.
- Knowledge of Engage and WordPress, or willingness to learn.
- English and Mathematics GCSE or equivalent, with strong numerical skills.
- Schools HR experience is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
