HR Administrative Assistant

At School Home Support, we are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our People Operations & Systems Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR, Payroll, and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a customer-focused and effective administration HR service, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries.
- Support the development and delivery of a high-quality and proactive HR, Payroll, and recruitment administration service.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordinating logistics for new hires and implementing and tracking data on Bright HR.
- Prepare all documents for payroll and provide HR administrative support to all departments across the organisation.
- At least 18 months of experience in HR administrative practices, recruitment, and payroll support.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and some knowledge of human resources and employment law.
