Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operations Leader to join our team at Peaple Talent. This role is essential for managing the operations of a vehicle manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader capable of guiding a team while overseeing various facets of the manufacturing process.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operations of the vehicle assembly facility.
  • Organize and prioritize production schedules.
  • Collaborate with senior management and production teams.
  • Inspire and lead the workforce while fostering positive employee relations.
  • Ensure completion of production documentation and work orders.
  • Maintain communication with vehicle manufacturers, distributors, and clients.
  • Report to upper management on operational performance.
  • Manage procurement and inventory of parts, coordinating with suppliers.
  • Work with finance on billing for production and parts.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure the upkeep of the manufacturing environment.
