We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Home Director to lead our medium-sized Nursing and Residential Care Home. As a Care Home Director, you will be responsible for the overall management of the home, including budgets, staff management, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall running of the home, including budgets and staff management
  • Staff appraisals, meetings, and disciplinaries
  • Building relationships and communication with residents, relatives, and external stakeholders
  • Building strong relationships with CQC and the local authority
  • Maintaining high occupancy and minimizing agency usage
Requirements:
  • Experience in Nursing and Residential Care Homes essential
  • Experience working with the Elderly and Dementia residents
  • Ambitious and motivated individual
  • Strong leadership and computer literacy
  • Good track record with CQC
