About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key responsibilities include developing tailored care plans, providing medicine safely, and delivering excellence in everything you do. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is also essential. You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual who prides yourself on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
