We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Partnerships Executive to join our high-performing Partnership Management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering an exciting portfolio of staff engagement, charity of the year, and commercial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a strategic portfolio of corporate partnerships to drive fundraising and engagement opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver creative partner events and activities that engage corporate supporters and maximize fundraising opportunities.
  • Support the Senior Partnerships Manager in delivering strategic partnerships, ensuring a first-class stewardship journey that maximizes partnership value and delivers agreed objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in successful relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience of project and event management, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with corporate partners.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Understanding of the principles of monitoring budgets and financial management.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing new ideas and approaches to partnership development.
