FIND | Creating Futures is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Work Placement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality work placement experience for our students.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to lead on the development and implementation of our work placement strategy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful work placements and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with employers and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a work placement strategy that meets the needs of our students and employers.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners to secure work placement opportunities.
  3. Work closely with our students to ensure they are prepared for their work placements and provide ongoing support throughout the placement.
  4. Develop and deliver training and development programs for students and employers to enhance their work placement experience.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our work placement program and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of delivering successful work placements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the further education and higher education sectors.
