The Youth Justice Service has openings for individuals who embody a child-first ethos and can balance support, compliance, and innovation effectively. To bolster our capacity for performance improvement, we have invested in new roles. We are in search of:

A permanent Lead Practitioner who possesses a degree and has demonstrated experience in people management and executing quality assurance activities that lead to improved outcomes for children. This role will oversee and utilize data, intelligence, and support functions across the Youth Justice and Engagement Services. You will have experience in developing innovative assurance tools that identify strengths and areas for enhancement, as well as mobilizing prompt practice responses.
