Facilities Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of hard and soft FM services to a cluster of clients in the Guildford area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with contract managers and ensuring they meet service level agreements and exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring client properties are compliant with HSE legislation
  • Managing services including cleaning, security, mailroom, grounds, and M&E maintenance
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors

The ideal candidate will have relevant commercial FM contract management experience and a recognized H&S qualification.
