Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Employment Solicitor to join a prestigious law firm recognized among the top 20 in the industry. This role will primarily focus on providing expert legal counsel in the realm of Corporate Support Employment law.

The successful candidate will be part of a team that consistently ranks highly in legal directories, engaging in a diverse array of complex legal matters stemming from private equity transactions, outsourcing agreements, mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate restructuring initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include offering strategic advice and support on matters related to the transfer of undertakings, organizational restructurings, and merger activities.

This global law firm prides itself on fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, with a strong emphasis on diversity and employee well-being.

While office attendance is necessary, there is considerable flexibility regarding remote work arrangements.
