Job Opportunity at Edwards Duthie Shamash Solicitors

We are seeking a skilled solicitor to join our growing Employment Team at our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment law, including advice on settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance matters, and the ability to manage employment tribunal cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on employment law matters to clients
  • Manage a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment cases
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and within the team
  • Conduct legal research and draft documents
  • Ensure the highest standards of client care and compliance

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to run multiple files and meet deadlines
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and within the team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
  • Excellent IT skills and self-sufficiency
