The role involves joining a leading Senior Executive practice, with a strong emphasis on providing counsel and representation for Senior Executives in both contentious and non-contentious scenarios.

On the advisory front, responsibilities will include matters related to appointments, exits, investigations, and disputes, as well as guidance on regulatory inquiries. In terms of contentious work, the team manages cases in Employment Tribunals, High Courts, and appellate courts concerning restrictive covenants, team transitions, discrimination, and whistleblowing.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 4-6 years of post-qualification experience;
